Product Designer (Saudi Nationals Only)

Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Own design problems from problem definition and user experience through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, handoff, implementation, and iteration.
• Turn ambiguous requirements into clear problems and actionable design directions.
• Use research, data, and customer feedback to design for outcomes rather than outputs.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape solutions and address constraints.
• Contribute to the design system and improve product consistency.
• Conduct or support usability testing and lightweight research.
• Make analytics, workflows, AI functionality, and customer-facing experiences easier to understand and use.
• Account for Arabic and English experiences, RTL considerations, and regional enterprise customers.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and contribute to critiques and team learning.

• You can independently break down ambiguous briefs, ask effective questions, and move design work forward.
• You think about users, business problems, constraints, and outcomes rather than only visual polish.
• You are collaborative, comfortable with change, curious about users, and able to defend decisions while incorporating evidence.
• You care about interaction quality, usability, accessibility, visual design, and practical iteration.

Experience and Tools

• Three to five years of product design or UX/UI experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating genuine end-to-end product thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort with prototyping, design systems, and modern product design practices.
• Experience with data-heavy B2B products, AI products, Arabic or RTL design, and tools such as FigJam, Maze, or LogRocket is preferred.
