About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of product features and initiatives from conceptualization to high fidelity execution
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product requirements and design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
- Design for both web and mobile, focusing on creating intuitive and delightful user experiences
- Own and evolve the visual and interaction design of the product, ensuring high quality, pixel perfect designs
- Lead design reviews and present design concepts to stakeholders across the company
- Support others around you, championing company values with a positive outlook
- Respond effectively and respectfully to various working conditions with a growth mindset
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional design experience
- Mastery in Figma and other applicable design software
- Relevant experience with different design methods and techniques
- Online or PDF portfolio

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading the design of product features and initiatives from conceptualization to high fidelity execution.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate.
- Designing for both web and mobile with focus on intuitive and delightful experiences.
- Owning and evolving the visual and interaction design of the product.
- Leading design reviews and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
- Supporting others and championing company values.
- Responding effectively to various working conditions with a growth mindset.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of professional design experience.
- Mastery in Figma and other applicable design software.
- Relevant experience with different design methods and techniques.
- An online or PDF portfolio (please include any passwords).
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working in a Fintech startup or designing for marketplaces.
- Previous experience facilitating research and user testing.
- Ability to adapt well in quickly changing environments.
