- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product designers

- Establish and evolve design systems, processes, and standards
- Conduct and oversee user research to inform design decisions
- Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly
- Travel occasionally for co working sessions, team offsites, user research, or strategic planning
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- 2+ years in a design management or lead role
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped products at scale
- Experience launching and scaling trading or brokerage products in fintech
- Deep fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Strong commercial acumen balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, and revenue impact
- Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or complex data rich products
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ownership mindset with track record of delivering measurable product outcomes
- Bias for action: prototype fast, test early, iterate based on feedback and data

Your Role in Our Mission
- As Product Designer Manager, you'll be the creative and strategic force behind products used by traders worldwide, working independently across time zones.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define and drive product design vision for trading and brokerage ecosystem.
- Lead cross functional teams to deliver scalable, high impact fintech products.
- Manage and mentor a team of product designers, setting design vision and ensuring design excellence.
What you’ll be doing
- Setting and driving product design vision across FNmarkets’ trading and brokerage platforms.
- Managing, mentoring, and growing a team of product designers.
- Leading cross functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Establishing and evolving design systems, processes, and standards.
- Conducting and overseeing user research.
- Championing user centered design while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Prototyping, testing, and iterating rapidly.
- Traveling occasionally for co working sessions, team offsites, user research, and/or strategic planning.
What you’ll need
- 7+ years of product design experience with at least 2+ years in a design management or lead role.
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling trading or brokerage products in competitive fintech environments.
- Strong commercial acumen: balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, and revenue impact.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and develop high performing design teams.
- Deep fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems.
- Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or similarly complex, data rich products.
