Role Overview
Contribute to Best Buy Canada's One Best Buy vision by creating seamless shopping experiences across online channels and stores.
Design end-to-end customer experiences across the mobile app, bestbuy.ca, and in-store touchpoints.
The role is intended for an experienced intermediate designer with strategic and tactical design capability.
What You'll Do
- Frame customer and business problems, needs, and opportunities to help teams align.
- Design omnichannel flows, interactions, and interfaces connecting digital and in-store touchpoints.
- Apply design systems, patterns, and frameworks to support consistency and scalability.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and turn findings into actionable insights.
- Translate user insights, product strategy, and business goals into scalable design solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use modern design tools and AI capabilities to support exploration, iteration, and idea communication.
- Contribute to shared design systems, documentation, and cross-team best practices.
