Role overview
Best Buy is seeking a Lean Business Process Analyst to drive process improvements across its Brampton distribution centre.
The role analyzes data, identifies opportunities, and supports continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
This is an on-site position at the Brampton distribution centre.
What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma principles, FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to identify optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements from Lean team members and other stakeholders.
- Perform root cause and data analysis on service performance metrics.
- Identify system improvements while considering budgets and business goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and required practices and processes.
- Oversee enterprise business process and performance system effectiveness.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor's degree or higher university degree is required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
