Role overview
Mutiny is building an agentic go-to-market platform with AI teammates for sellers and marketers.
The Product Designer will help define the product language, interaction model, creative standards, feedback loops, and quality bar for AI-native GTM software.
The role is intended for an early-career designer and involves fast, in-person collaboration in New York City five days per week.
Product surfaces and flows
- Design product experiences for creating assets, reviewing AI output, editing generated work, managing brand guidance, and moving from idea to finished work.
- Work closely with senior design, product, and engineering on designs that ship.
Visual quality
- Improve layouts, hierarchy, typography, spacing, empty states, generated assets, and the small details that make software feel polished.
Systems and patterns
- Help build components and reusable patterns that let the product move faster without becoming messy.
- Think beyond individual screens and contribute to a coherent product system.
