About the Role
Equi is seeking an Agentic GTM Lead to build and own a go-to-market engine as it scales.
The role combines demand generation, content, social, SEO/GEO, outbound, automation, AI, and pipeline ownership.
The ideal candidate pairs technical ability with commercial instinct and can connect builds to meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
What You Will Do
- Generate new demand-generation ideas and run multiple experiments across channels and messaging.
- Build content, social, SEO/GEO, email, outbound, website, and automation systems.
- Make technical decisions and architect scalable go-to-market infrastructure.
- Run the founders' podcast, video, and webinar content engine and maintain its publishing cadence.
- Repurpose long-form sessions into podcasts, clips, LinkedIn posts, and threads.
- Build Equi's LinkedIn and X presence and develop thought leadership for wealth-channel decision-makers.
- Build signal-based outbound covering enrichment, scoring, personalization, sequencing, deliverability, routing, and CRM integrations.
- Design and ship AI and agent workflows for research, drafting, personalization, and routing.
- Run structured tests across messaging, channels, landing pages, and sequences.
- Own dashboards and attribution for demand and pipeline contribution.
