What You’ll Do
- Product Design: Drive design initiatives across our entire product suite, ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, marketing, and product teams to develop seamless customer journeys and innovative design solutions.
- Set the Design Vision: Establish guidelines, frameworks, and processes to ensure design consistency and scalability.
- Craft Customer-Centric Experiences: Talk to customers, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to address real-world needs.
- Create High-Fidelity Deliverables: Design flows, prototypes, and visuals that elevate the product experience and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Contribute to Blitzscaling: Partner with leadership to support the rapid growth of CNTXT’s product offerings in the UAE and globally.
About You
- 3 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative, interactive designs.
- Passionate about creating customer-centric solutions that solve real-world problems.
- Strong skills in UI/UX design, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks, design systems, and modern tools. Experience with React or Next.js is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
