About the Role
NEXT Ventures is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead design for trading and brokerage platforms at FNmarkets. You will manage a team of product designers, drive design vision from concept to launch, and ensure world-class user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Set and drive the product design vision across FNmarkets' trading and brokerage platforms
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product designers
- Lead cross functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across regions
- Establish and evolve design systems, processes, and standards for consistency and scalability
- Conduct and oversee user research, synthesizing insights from active traders
- Champion user centered design while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements
- Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly
- Travel occasionally for co working sessions, team offsites, user research, and strategic planning
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience with at least 2+ years in a design management or lead role
- Portfolio proving ability to ship beautiful, functional products at scale
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling trading or brokerage products in competitive fintech environments
- Strong commercial acumen: balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, and revenue impact
- Proven ability to build, manage, and develop high performing design teams
- Deep fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or similarly complex, data rich products
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering measurable product outcomes in high growth settings
- A bias for action: prototype fast, test early, iterate based on feedback and data

Your Role in Our Mission
- As a Product Design Manager, you'll be the creative and strategic force behind products used by traders worldwide.
- You'll work independently across overlapping time zones, collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership.
- You'll drive design vision from concept to launch, influencing product strategy.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Define and drive the product design vision for our trading and brokerage ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing
