Product & Business Development Manager
will be responsible for identifying and developing new products, conducting market insights and analysis, and establishing strategic partnerships, while working closely with R&D and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure successful product development and market entry.
Key Accountabilities

- to identify new product opportunities and unmet clinical needs in Saudi Arabia.

- Translate market insights into actionable product strategies and portfolio expansion plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new
- suppliers and manufacturing partners
- to enhance product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, principals, and international manufacturers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance) for successful product launches.
- Monitor
- product and business development KPIs
- , opportunity pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company in supplier meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Leverage established relationships with

, government authorities, hospitals, and distributors to support tenders, product listings, and long-term contracts.
