Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities across multiple projects
- Oversee installation and execution of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, architectural, procurement, planning, and QA/QC teams
- Monitor project progress, manpower productivity, subcontractor performance, and material availability
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, local regulations, and HSE requirements
- Review and resolve technical and site related mechanical issues
- Manage mechanical subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams
- Participate in construction planning, work sequencing, resource allocation, and project coordination meetings
- Monitor project costs, productivity, material consumption, and construction risks
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and performance reviews
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and control of all mechanical construction activities
- Support testing & commissioning, snagging, project handover, and final close out activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 15 years of experience in mechanical construction management
- Experience with large scale residential projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
