Director of Expansion

The Product Engineer will provide extensive manufacturing data and suggestions to ensure effective production process is in place and interact with various departments through projects, to meet the company’s current and future growth objectives within existing or future expansion projects.
Will analyze plant requirements, design, manufacturing methods and procedures, process improvement, technical understanding, documentation and technology to optimize all phases of research and production.

Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in Engineering or Business from a four-year college or technical school; or a degree and one-year related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Manufacturing knowledge and experience with a variety of manufacturing processes and materials, specifically sheet molding compound (SMC) and compression molding experience a plus.
Must be proficient with MS Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
In addition, must have working knowledge of Adobe PDF documents and CAD software package.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to clearly communicate technical related subject matters both written and oral.
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to management.
Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory.
Ability to work with concepts such as limits, rings, quadratic and differential equations, and proofs of theorems.
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graph, etc.) in the most difficult phases.
Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to review technical requirements from multiple sources and synthesize into reports, specifications, procedures, etc.
