Overview
Understand the Variable Speed Drives , PLCs & HMIs Market Application, Customer Needs to provide support on application development and advice optimized solutions for the technical issues and problems of the client
Train customers, access channels and Sales teams on products and applications.
Closely work with the Activity Manager & support with development of the relevant Demos required.
Prescription and Education of customers on application advantages.
Identify projects and consult on proper market application.
Assist with quoting, designs, system start-up, hardware and software training, and troubleshooting.
Help develop and Manage Contracts and Projects and help to coordinate between Access channel and Customers.
Develop technical and commercial argumentation for sales people.
Consistent updating of literature and promotional tools for industry customers.
Report monthly about his activity to the Marketing Manager for Industry Market.
Answer all technical needs of customers
Maintain professional and jovial relationships with customers.
