- Analyze product, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate key product metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Support Product Managers in making data driven decisions related to product features, enhancements, and roadmap prioritization
- Conduct user behavior analysis to better understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points
- Assist with user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability studies
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define business and product requirements
- Contribute to product discovery, requirements gathering, and continuous product improvement initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting and analysis activities
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets, BI tools, or analytics platforms
- Understanding of key product metrics and KPI measurement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and requirements engineering practices
- Knowledge of user research techniques and design thinking frameworks
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Role Summary

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Internship or academic project experience in analytics, product management, or business intelligence is a plus.
