The Role
As a Product Analyst at Elemica, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business users and technical teams, ensuring successful development and optimization of our product portfolio. You will balance business and product strategies while meeting client commitments — driving decisions independently and with confidence.
You will work closely with the application development team on our world-class Multi-Carrier Shipping Solution, collaborating with product managers to define, develop, and release the highest value-generating capabilities. This role demands a self-starter mentality: someone who can pick up a challenge with little to no instruction and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive the product backlog — refining epics into actionable stories with development teams
Solicit, capture, and lead requirements for transportation and shipping applications
Lead product sprint reviews, communicating value delivered and driving stakeholder alignment
Document release plans and notes; conduct release demos and training for key stakeholders
Serve as the subject matter expert on Elemica’s Multi-Carrier Shipping Solution
