Job Scope
Financial: Delivers procurement value through delivering project on time, and within budget. Support business adoption post go-live.
Staff: 1.5 x Project support; leads cross-functional teams.
Relationships: Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Global counterparts, vendors and business leaders.
Scope: Enterprise-wide S2C deployment and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead S2C deployment across the organisation.
- Enhance and execute transformation roadmap and adoption plan.
- Standardise sourcing, contracting and supplier management processes.
- Partner with IT and implementation partners on solution design, testing and deployment.
- Establish governance, reporting and risk management, including project plans, milestones and executive reporting.
- Gather and prioritise business requirements.
- Integrate with ERP transformation team to support S2C and ERP synergies
- Lead business readiness, communications, training and change management activities.
- Drive adoption across business units and functions.
- Manage risks, issues and remediation plans.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
- Develop continuous improvement roadmap post go-live.
Experience
Proven experience leading Procurement Transformation or Procurement Excellence initiatives.
Demonstrated success delivering Source-to-Contract, eSourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or similar procurement technology implementations.
Experience working with platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, JAGGAER or equivalent solutions.
