Procurement Sustainability Analyst

Support category managers and decarbonization leads in building business cases and CO₂ reduction scenarios for specific initiatives.

Act as super-user for Scope 3 / PCF-related digital procurement tools and interface with the Sustainability Analytics team.

Contribute to creation PCF methodology guidance, standard operating procedures, and training programs.

Support in the third-party risk management program in issuing, tracking and analysis of cybersecurity and ESG risk assessment questionnaires to suppliers

Supplier data analysis and reporting

A bachelor’s or master’s degree (Preferred) in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Sustainability Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Two to four years of relevant experience in sustainability, Scope 3 or carbon accounting, Life Cycle Assessment, or supplier engagement.

Hands-on experience working with the GHG Protocol, PCF or LCA data, and emission factors.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

A structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to solving problems.

The ability to translate complex topics into clear concepts and communicate them effectively.

Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively in a global team.

This position is based in Bengaluru, India, with an hybrid working arrangement.
