- Prepare RFQs/RFPs and coordinate tendering processes
- Evaluate technical and commercial proposals
- Prepare procurement recommendations and award documentation
- Draft and review contracts, amendments, and change orders
- Handle supplier communication and negotiations
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and Delegation of Authority (DoA)
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and end user departments
- Maintain procurement trackers and reporting tools
Requirements
- Experience in MRO/spares procurement within mining, oil & gas, or petrochemical environments
- Strong knowledge of procurement cycle from PR to PO issuance
- Experience with contract drafting and review
- Ability to work on site at remote project locations
