Job Summary
Manage procurement activities for office and workspace fit-out projects, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, quality materials, and timely delivery aligned with project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full procurement cycle: RFQs, sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing
- Source suppliers for office fit-out materials (joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP, furniture)
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with project managers and designers to meet workspace project requirements
- Ensure on-time delivery to support fast-track office fit-out projects
- Maintain supplier database and monitor UAE market trends
- Prepare cost comparisons, reports, and procurement documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in office/workspace fit-out or construction procurement
- Strong knowledge of office fit-out materials and UAE supplier market
- Proven negotiation and cost control skills
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in corporate office or commercial workspace projects
- Established network of UAE-based suppliers and subcontractors
- Knowledge of contract terms (e.g., FIDIC)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- This is a full-time, office-based position.
