- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate sequencing, resource allocation, and cost tracking
- Monitor project progress, update schedules weekly, and prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) requests when project delays occur
- Support pre contract planning by preparing draft schedules for upcoming projects
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in planning and scheduling within the interior fit out industry
- Proficiency in Primavera and a strong understanding of BOQs and cost allocation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with experience in EOT preparation
- Strong coordination and reporting skills to communicate with project teams and clients
