- Develop and maintain relationships with UAE suppliers and vendors
- Monitor market trends and identify cost saving opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of UAE procurement experience in a contracting company
- Prior experience handling luxury villa and high end interior fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, materials, and procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Specialist for our contracting company, which specializes in luxury villas and high end interior fit out projects.
- The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of the UAE market, strong supplier relationships, and the ability to procure materials efficiently while ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure construction and interior fit out materials, finishes, FF&E, MEP items, and subcontractor services.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

Pay
- Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
