- Assist in sourcing and purchasing construction and interior fit out materials, finishes, FF&E, MEP items, and subcontractor services
- Request quotations, prepare basic comparison sheets, and support price and terms negotiations
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain and update supplier and vendor databases within the UAE
- Follow up with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and documentation
- Support the procurement team in identifying cost effective options and monitoring market trends
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain records, and ensure proper documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a contracting or interior fit out company
- Basic understanding of UAE suppliers, materials, and procurement processes
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow up skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus

Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented purchasing assistant to support our procurement operations for luxury villa and high‑end interior fit‑out projects.
- The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the UAE market, strong coordination skills, and the ability to assist in sourcing materials efficiently while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
