About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist (Arabic speaker) for a 6-month contract in Dubai. You will manage the procurement cycle for media, marketing, and creative services, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to purchase order and delivery
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in accordance with company procurement policies
- Obtain competitive quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate pricing and contractual terms
- Purchase media related services including production, events, advertising, digital marketing, branding, creative services, printing, and consultancy
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and procurement documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and contract management procedures
- Identify procurement risks and recommend mitigation plans
