Procurement and Equipment Representative role within the Procurement department.
The position supports facility management, operations, and maintenance activities.
The role reports to the Procurement Manager.
Responsibilities
- Purchase equipment, spare parts, materials, and tools for operations and maintenance activities.
- Request and compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplies.
- Use knowledge of technical specifications to support equipment and materials purchasing.
- Support procurement activities for facility management, operations, and maintenance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in business administration, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in facility management, operations, and maintenance companies.
- Practical experience purchasing equipment, spare parts, materials, and tools.
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and the Saudi Arabian market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to understand basic technical specifications of equipment and materials.
- Good command of Arabic; English is preferred.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
Travel Requirement
- Willingness to travel 100% is required.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
