Analyze procurement processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and industry best practices
Support procurement system and process enhancements, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, integration, impact assessment, and user adoption activities
Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, training materials, and user guides
Provide training and support to stakeholders on procurement processes, systems, and related business applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate solutions and achieve project objectives
Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results through effective organization, attention to detail, and accountability
A degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience with Oracle Fusion and SharePoint
Strong writing, documentation, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to clearly explain business processes and IS solutions to all levels of the organization
Strong interest in using technology, ERP environments, best practices, and process automation opportunities to improve procurement workflows
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on reducing procurement costs
Proven change management skills, with the ability to think independently and deliver measurable business results
Professional certifications such as ISM, CIPS, PMP, or Six Sigma would be considered an asset
