Role Overview
Support purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory planning, and procurement operations.
Assist with procurement plans based on demand forecasts, inventory requirements, business priorities, and supplier lead times.
Work with procurement, supply chain, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to support material availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and review purchase requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders and procurement reports.
- Maintain supplier and product information.
- Track order status and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and identify potential supply risks.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support process improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, supplier coordination, and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for reviewing demand, inventory, purchasing, and supplier data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
