Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store IT / ELV materials, equipment, and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
- Issue materials to technicians/projects as per approved requests.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Prepare purchase requests, follow up with suppliers, and track deliveries.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of IT / ELV items.
- Maintain documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and stock reports.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare inventory reports and records.
- Communicate professionally via email with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Support logistics and transportation activities when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum **2 years of experience in UAE** as a Procurement professional in an **IT / ELV company**.
- Strong knowledge of **IT / ELV materials, tools, and equipment**.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email** at a professional level.
- **Professional level of English** (spoken and written).
- **Valid Driving License (D/L)** is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Able to join immediately.**
- **Able to speak Tagalog.**
