Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Document technical solutions, knowledge base articles, and issue logs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Train end users on new technologies and systems when required.
  • Monitor system performance and provide reports and insights.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
