- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Document technical solutions, knowledge base articles, and issue logs
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to resolve complex problems
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Train end users on new technologies and systems when required
- Monitor system performance and provide reports and insights
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Experience in IT support or related field
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to document technical solutions and issue logs
