- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for fit out and joinery projects
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
- Procure materials such as timber, veneers, laminates, hardware, glass, metal works, gypsum, paints, and other fit out related items
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and site teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules
- Issue purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain supplier databases and develop strong relationships with approved vendors
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve project cost targets
- Track material deliveries and resolve supply chain issues proactively
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project specifications
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and purchasing records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 4–5 years of proven procurement experience in Interior Fit Out, Joinery, and Decoration companies only
- Strong knowledge of fit out materials, joinery products, finishes, and subcontractor sourcing
- Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management
- Excellent knowledge of local market suppliers and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/procurement systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project requirements simultaneously

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join our Interior Decoration, Joinery, and Fit Out team. The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of procurement experience specifically within the interior fit out, joinery, and decoration industry.
