Role overview
Manage sourcing, purchasing, supplier relationships, and inventory for dermatology and aesthetic clinic products.
The role is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
Key responsibilities
- Source aesthetic injectables, dermal fillers, skincare, cosmeceuticals, chemical peels, laser consumables, and medical supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers, and product availability.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, clinic managers, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure products meet quality, regulatory, and documentation standards.
- Research new dermatology and aesthetic brands and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain purchase orders, supplier records, quotations, and procurement reports.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience.
- At least 2 years of aesthetic and dermatology experience.
- Strong knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic products.
- Strong negotiation, supplier-management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and ERP or procurement systems.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetic clinics, medical centers, pharmaceuticals, or medical distribution is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, including DHA, DOH, or MOHAP, is preferred.
