Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure food, beverages, and related supplies
- Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain optimal stock levels
- Monitor quality of products and ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Requirements
- 3–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of local F&B suppliers and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates on a **spouse visa will be given preference**
- Must be **available to join immediately**
