Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5-6 years of procurement experience within civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations.
- Experience in preparing RFQs, purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports.
- Good understanding of project budgets, cost control, and procurement planning.
- Experience in snagging and Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
