- Prepare and send quotations/LPO to clients in a timely manner
- Follow up on quotations, Purchase Order and maintain communication with clients
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement
- Monitor market trends to identify potential suppliers and materials
- Update procurement related documents and information
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor or management
Requirements
- Must be in Qatar with 5 years’ experience or more
- Bachelor’s degree or related course
- Previous experience in procurement in a production field, supply chain, or similar role preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Procurement Officer: 5 years (Required)

Job Description

- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential suppliers and materials.
- Update procurement related documents & information.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the Immediate Supervisor, Manager as well as the Management.
Qualifications
- Must be in Qatar with 5 years’ experience or more than.
- With a bachelor’s degree or a related course.
- Previous experience in procurement in a production field, supply chain, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
