- Minimum 3 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, hospitality, or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar supplier market and local distributors
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred

Overview
- White Foam Coffee Shop is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with strong knowledge of the Qatar market, suppliers, pricing, and product sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers across the Qatar market for food, beverages, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while continuously identifying new vendors and better alternatives.
- Negotiate the best prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements.
- Compare quotations from multiple suppliers to achieve the best value without compromising quality.
- Monitor market prices and identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs.
- Research and recommend alternative brands, products, and suppliers whenever needed.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure all purchases receive proper approval.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of pricing, quality, delivery, and service.
- Maintain an updated supplier database, including contacts, catalogs, and price lists.
- Coordinate with the Store Keeper, Central Kitchen, and Branch Managers to ensure continuous stock availability.
- Prepare purchasing reports and support management with cost analysis and procurement planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar supplier market and local distributors.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to identify cost saving opportunities and reliable product alternatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
- A valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month
