Procurement Officer – Job Description
- In charge of sourcing and purchasing goods and services required .
- Assist procurement manager with the buying process, including creating purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and verifying shipment timeline
- Source, select, and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers.
- Arranging of submittals based on specification and site requirements using strategic procurement.
- The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, manage supplier relationships, and maintain accurate procurement records to support operational needs.
