Procurement Officer

• Handle end-to-end procurement from purchase requisition to supplier payment.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for food, beverages, packaging, cleaning materials, and other F&B requirements.
• Request and compare quotations and negotiate prices, quality, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Select approved suppliers and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after obtaining required approvals.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and correct quantities/specifications.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stores, Operations, Finance, and Management regarding purchasing requirements.
• Check product quality, freshness, shelf life, specifications, and required food-safety documentation.
• Resolve issues related to short deliveries, damaged/incorrect items, price differences, and supplier delays.
• Coordinate PO, GRN/Delivery Note, and Invoice matching with Finance for payment processing.
• Monitor stock levels, consumption, market prices, and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Maintain supplier records, quotations, price lists, POs, contracts, and procurement reports.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop alternative suppliers when required.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining required quality standards.

• 3–5+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, or catering.
• Strong supplier negotiation and market knowledge.
• Knowledge of F&B products, inventory, and cost control.
• Good Excel and ERP/procurement system skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
