Job Summary
Join the procurement team in Dubai as an experienced Procurement Officer.
Source construction materials, obtain competitive quotations, evaluate technical compliance, and procure materials on suitable commercial terms.
Support infrastructure projects across the UAE through supplier networks and knowledge of construction materials.
What Matters to Us
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 or more years of procurement experience in UAE construction, particularly infrastructure, road, highway, or utility projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, materials markets, and technical specification verification.
- Understanding of construction drawings and project requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and procurement software.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Experience with listed infrastructure materials, including asphalt, aggregates, drainage materials, concrete, geotextiles, reinforcement steel, pipes, and fittings, is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, communication, coordination, supplier management, cost control, and deadline management skills.
