- Develop and execute procurement strategies across Australia and New Zealand to support organisational priorities and objectives
- Partner with business units and senior leaders as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities and improve commercial outcomes
- Build and manage a sustainable savings pipeline through spend analysis, category management and market insights
- Lead sourcing processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, supported by financial and cost modelling
- Manage end to end supplier relationships, including contracting, negotiations and ongoing performance management
- Ensure best value outcomes through strong procurement governance, effective risk mitigation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Sound knowledge of procurement governance, sourcing strategies and supplier management frameworks
- Demonstrated contract negotiation and contract management capability
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders
- Well developed analytical and commercial acumen
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualification in Business, Law, Finance, Accounting or Economics (desirable)

About The Role
- The Procurement Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the procurement framework is efficient and effective.

- Experience supporting major bid processes, commercial proposals, or business case evaluations.
- Qualification in Business, Law, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
