- Shape and contribute to the enterprise AI roadmap, driving AI powered transformation across business functions.
- Establish and lead the AI enablement function, including governance, standards, and lifecycle best practices.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritise AI opportunities with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and high level solution designs.
- Coordinate end to end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Drive adoption of strategic AI platforms, assistants, and domain specific AI agents.
- Enable product ownership models and self service AI capabilities.
- Build strong relationships to understand business priorities and challenges.
- Facilitate structured ideation and discovery workshops.
- Drive adoption of AI solutions into day to day workflows and track business benefits.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in enterprise architecture, business transformation, or AI strategy and delivery.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (ML, NLP, computer vision, generative AI) and business use cases.
- Broad enterprise technology knowledge (cloud, data, security, applications, modern workplace).
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and IT service management.
- Deep awareness of security, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI considerations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
