- Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally
- Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best terms
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
- Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and documentation
- Maintain supplier records and procurement files
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and accounts teams
- Monitor market prices and identify cost saving opportunities
- Ensure purchases meet company requirements, quality standards, and timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of procurement experience
- Experience in trading, general trading, import/export, logistics, or supply chain is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of supplier sourcing and purchasing procedures
- Ability to compare quotations and manage multiple suppliers
- Basic knowledge of shipping documents, invoices, and delivery coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and other software
- Must be based in UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai
- UAE Driving License
- Good English communication skills; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Persian is an advantage

Job Description
- AGC is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, supplier negotiation, purchasing, and coordinating procurement activities across different product categories.
- The candidate must be organized, responsible, and capable of managing suppliers, comparing prices, following up on orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month.
