- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, fostering strong relationships
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery conditions while minimizing risks
- Monitor and manage supplier performance through regular evaluations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including finance and operations, to forecast demand and plan procurement activities
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures, maintaining transparency and accountability

- Lead the procurement team, providing mentorship and training to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Manage inventory levels effectively, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to optimize stock availability
