Responsibilities
- Manage and develop procurement strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage suppliers and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Research new suppliers and evaluate and approve vendors.
- Monitor purchase requests and supply orders to meet deadlines.
- Ensure product and service quality and compliance with specifications.
- Analyze price proposals and select options based on price and quality.
- Build sustainable relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier contracts and agreements.
- Prepare reports on procurement, costs, and performance.
- Coordinate with departments to meet procurement needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least six years of procurement experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong experience in negotiation and supplier management.
- Knowledge of procurement systems, procedures, and supply chains.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English.
