- Manage end to end procurement processes including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value creation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to support sourcing decisions
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes
- Monitor supplier performance, service quality, and compliance with contractual obligations
- Collaborate with finance, operations, legal, and business teams on procurement requirements
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies, regulations, and ethical standards
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, forecasts, and recommendations for leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, or related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, CPPB, or equivalent advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, contract negotiation, and sourcing strategies
- Experience conducting vendor assessments, spend analysis, and procurement planning
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems, procurement software, and supplier management platforms advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
