Responsibilities
- Represent the OSC organization on behalf of Raytheon Emirates, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Foster strong supplier relationships ensuring timely placement, management, and delivery assurance of all procurement activities
- Oversee procurement operations within the Raytheon Emirates office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Lead and represent supply chain activities for critical execution programs such as Coyote
- Ensure procurement operations align with strategic objectives, driving 100% on time delivery, reduction of supplier overdue, and improving CORE domain process maturity
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including program management, engineering, and finance
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, implementing strategies to ensure flawless procurement compliance
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and support the adoption of CORE methods and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 5 years experience
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing complex supply chain operations and cross functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the UAE and occasionally to other locations
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Job Summary
- The United Arab Emirates Supply Chain Manager is a critical role within the Operations & Supply Chain organization.
- Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, this position manages all procurement and delivery assurance responsibilities within the Raytheon Emirates office.
