About the Role
Mirodec Gulf is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator in Dubai to source materials, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate shipments. The role requires 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain, with logistics knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Source materials and/or services as per project requirements
- Obtain quotations from suppliers
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
- Monitor procurement status and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Process invoices in coordination with the accounts team
- Coordinate shipping, monitor deliveries, and manage relationships with freight forwarders
- Handle coordination and documentation of shipments (Invoice, PL, COO, GCC/Arab League Certificate, Duty Exemption, MOFAIC etc.)
- Act as a bridge between suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related coordination
- Knowledgeable in handling shipments/logistics work
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Glass Industry / Construction – Contracting Company is a plus
- Must be able to join immediately
- 2 years experience in Logistics (Freight Shipment) required
- 2 years experience in Microsoft Outlook & Excel required
- 2 years experience in UAE required

- MUST BE ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
