Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment for interior fit out projects
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, and Accounts teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain procurement records and prepare cost comparison reports
- Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality or project timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in an interior design, fit out, or construction company
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and fit out products
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects
- UAE driving licence is an advantage

Job Overview
