Role Overview
Support the development, management, and optimization of the CLICK Aviation Network globally.
Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers while maintaining competitive pricing, service quality, compliance, and profitability.
Work with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to fulfill requirements efficiently.
Procurement Execution
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, RFQs, quotation analysis, purchase order creation, and order tracking.
- Review and validate purchase requisitions and ensure timely procurement execution.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Handle vendor registration, supplier onboarding, price negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and periodic appraisals.
Planning and Strategic Sourcing
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers on sourcing initiatives and procurement strategies.
- Support demand and supply planning through inventory, consumption, forecast, and market-trend analysis.
- Perform quarterly inventory reviews and recommend optimal minimum and maximum reorder levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Business Development teams.
- Serve as the focal point for back-to-back order execution.
- Align procurement activities with business needs.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain supplier databases, purchase history, pricing trackers, and performance reports.
- Analyze procurement trends, supplier performance, and payment status.
- Support management reporting through dashboards, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Aviation, Finance, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of procurement experience within aviation and aerospace.
- Experience in aviation, airlines, FBO, business aviation, or flight support companies is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of aviation fuel VAT exemption and VAT recovery processes is advantageous.
- ERP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
- Excellent English communication skills are required; additional languages are advantageous.
