Job Purpose
Provide high-standard operational services to Click Aviation Network customers.
Coordinate operational services with stakeholders and vendors according to customer needs.
Support the daily running of flight operations under company rules, regulatory approvals, and assigned responsibilities.
Principal Accountabilities
- Control and deliver air and ground operations services while maintaining regulatory compliance and avoiding flight disruptions.
- Obtain overflight and landing clearances, PPRs, and slots.
- Coordinate ground handling, fuel, catering, hotel, and transportation suppliers for customer flights.
- Handle customer requests accurately, resourcefully, and tactfully.
- Prepare reports, orders, and schedules or movements related to flight operations and aviation safety.
- Compile and distribute flight operations and aviation quality-control reports.
- Ensure operations comply with company safety and security rules, local laws, CAA requirements, and ICAO standards.
- Apply Company Operations Manuals, Operational Notifications, AIP, and other aviation operations records.
- Produce regular information and reports for management.
- Work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
Skills and Capabilities
- Computer literacy is required.
- Negotiation, influencing, interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required.
- The role requires detailed analysis of flight operations planning.
- The role requires teamwork across functional boundaries, resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working in a flight operations environment.
- A degree is required.
- Flight operations, flight dispatcher, airport operations, or equivalent aviation training is required.
- A licensed flight dispatcher qualification would be an advantage.

The preferred profile is positive, resourceful, mature, empathetic, and team-oriented.
The role requires an energetic person willing to challenge and meet tight deadlines.
