Overview
- **Job Title – Procurement Executive (Arabic Speakers - Immediate Joiners)**
- **Type - Outsourced**
- **Duration - 4 months contract only**
- **Work Location – Dubai**
- Mandatory details/Skills – Preferably from Oil n Gas Industry, Experience in Oracle Fusion software, should be able to join immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve vendor registration requests
- Maintain and update vendor database; follow up on missing documents and required updates
- Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness
- Initiate procurement processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Create and manage RFPs through ERP systems and email communication
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, contracts, payment, and delivery terms
- Assess and manage bank guarantee requirements and related approvals
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, amendments, and change orders
- Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals/extensions
- Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services in compliance with company policies
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement operations within large organizations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
