Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior, needs, and feedback to identify opportunities for improving user experience within the e marketplace
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance platform usability, navigation, and user interface
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive iterative improvements
- Implement processes for onboarding new vendors and sellers onto the e marketplace platform
- Manage vendor profiles, product listings, and catalogues on the e marketplace
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure compliance with vendor qualification criteria, contracts, and policies
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of the e marketplace
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate e marketplace performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain security measures for the e marketplace platform
- Ensure compliance with local Saudi data protection regulations, privacy policies, and industry standards
- Coordinate allocation of IT resources (hardware, software, network capacity, personnel) to meet demand
- Monitor and analyze capacity of IT infrastructure and systems, anticipate future capacity needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement analysis or ERP system management
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP functionality (preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or any procurement related certification preferred
- Experience in training and supporting teams on ERP systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities

- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate the emarketplace's performance to stakeholders such as the IT Business Solutions Manager.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain appropriate security measures for the e marketplace platform.
- Ensure compliance with local Saudi data protection regulations, privacy policies, and industry standards.
- Coordinate the allocation of IT resources, such as hardware, software, network capacity, and personnel, to meet demand requirements; develop resource allocation plans, considering factors such as project priorities, resource availability, and business needs.
- Monitor and analyze the capacity of IT infrastructure and systems, such as servers, storage, networks, and cloud resources; anticipate future capacity needs based on demand forecasts and growth projections for the Procurement function.
- Manage the inventory of IT solutions, licenses, and assets to ensure their availability and optimal utilization; collaborate with procurement and finance teams to track and manage IT solution inventory levels, cost, and lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain management, procurement or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or any procurement related/other relevant certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement analysis or ERP system management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP functionality (preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in training and supporting teams on ERP systems is a plus.
